Ambitious media savvy female wanted for partnership online, Nairobi

I am seeking a female to partner with in order to create and monetize videos in a variety of different field including but not limited too:

Health and fitness, Nutrition, Well being, Relationships, and a variety of other subjects.

The ideal candidate will have several qualities:

1. Highly ambitious, as this is a partnership I intend to share all profits 50:50. The key is consistency and ambition to do well, this is something we shall grow together so I need someone who matches my work rate and effort.

2. Highly literate with technology and social media, able to produce and curate short and longer form videos.

3. Confidence in front of the camera, ability to present well as you will be heavily featured.

4. Be articulate. The ability to express yourself in clear language is highly important.

5. Some experience in health and fitness in general, you do not need to be an elite athlete as this is my speciality and I can assist here, however if you are completely ignorant this may not be ideal.

6. Fit and athletic. You will be at times performing exercises and movements, if you do not have a decent base level of fitness this may be difficult.

7. A positive attitude.

8. Patience and a never say die attitude. Initially this is not going to be easy, as we build an audience it will eventually lead to advertisement. You need to be able to grind through those hard times. I am looking for someone who can see it through to the end.
